This workflow reads timesheets from Google Sheets and additional information about employees and projects from Excel files. The information is joined, aggreagted and grouped to:
1) calculate the expenses for clients and the company itself. The aggregated and transformed data can be sent to P&L and visualized.
2) analyze each project regarding its profitability and discrepancies between real expenses and the price aggreed on with a client (client budget).
To execute this workflow, upload the timesheets data provided in the workflow data area to your Google Drive and connect to it using the Google Authentication node pop-up. Specify the working directory to the timesheets data on your Drive in the Google Drive Connector node and select the timesheets data in the Excel Reader node as suggested in the workflow. Alternatively, disconnect the Excel Reader from Google Drive by removing green/blue colored File System Connection port and read the data locally.
