Weekly Covid cycle detector

This workflow analyses daily Covid-19 case data to look for evidence of a weekly cycle in the numbers reported each day. It does not perform any statistical tests, but visualises the extent to which the numbers reported on each day of the week depart from a moving average.

The workflow has been configured to accept data retrieved from ourworldindata.org, but could be modified to work with similar data from elsewhere.

Double-click the first three nodes to configure them as required, then right-click the Boxplot node and select 'Execute and open views' to see the plot. Executing the Image Writer node will save the plot as a PNG file in your Knime workspace or workflow group.
