Example Read HDF5 Data

Demo developed in respose to a forum query showing the use of a Python Script to read data from an HDF5 file and present the embeded data on multiple ouputs.

A configuration dialogue is provided to select the HDF5.

Requires h5py and Pandas Python packages.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Raw data
   Raw data for the genome
2. Type: Table
   Genes
   Gene data
3. Type: Table
   Genome
   Genome data
