ExpressionSet Loader

This component will use a "file_location" of an ExpressionSet (variable) as input:
1) ExpressionSet Chooser

Generates 3 different tables:
1) phenoData
2) featureData
3) assayData

In the configuration you can choose the type of assayData (ex. "exprs", ...)

Input ports

1. Type: Flow Variable
   file_location Variable
   The location path of the ExpressionSet

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   phenoData Table
   Knime Table with the phenoData of the ExpressionSet
2. Type: Table
   featureData Table
   Knime Table with the featureData of the ExpressionSet
3. Type: Table
   assayData Table
   Knime Table with the AssayData of the ExpressionSet. Type of assayData is based on the type chosen in the configuration
