Graph Density Uncertainty Scorer (deprecated)

Calculates/Updates the density of a n-dimensional vector space, based on a kNN graph. For details see the RALF Paper: https://www.d2.mpi-inf.mpg.de/content/ralf-reinforced-active-learning-formulation
