To run Ilastik in KNIME, please install the Image Processing Ilastik Integration and install Ilastik on your computer device. Then, go to File > Preferences >KNIME > Image Processing Plugin > Ilastik and make sure that the path to the Ilastik installation (Ilastik.exe) is right.
