Raise custom error on empty table

This node triggers an error on empty table input.

In the configuration Dialogue a custom error message can be specified.

Top Port: Branch for empty table - will not trigger as an error will be raised

Bottom Port: Branch for non-empty table. Should connect to any downstream process that should continue if the table is not empty

   Table to check if empty

   Port active on empty table, however error handling will stop execution
