Write Register (Byte)

Writes a byte value to a designated register in the state table.

Input ports

1. Type: Table
   State
   Incoming state table.
2. Type: Table
   Register
   Register to write byte value to.
3. Type: Table
   Value
   Byte value to write.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Old
   Old byte value that was in the register.
2. Type: Table
   State
   Updated state table.
