This is a basic six sigma i-MR control chart implemented as a KNIME component. Configure the component to chose column with decimal values to investigate in connected input table. In component there is following possible configurations:

• Selection of column value to investigate

• Length of Moving Range (1 to 25). Only average of Moving Range with subgroup size =1 method provided.

• Display of control limits at multiple of standard deviation (1 to 6)

• SPC chart tests to show in graph (1 to 3)

View of component shows the I-MR chart with selected data.

Output from component:

• Table with analyzed data with test result added.

• Calculated parameters as flow variables

Results are checked with MiniTab.
