ChEMBL Activity Search by ID

This component uses the ChEMBL REST webservices API to retrieve biological activities reported to a compound represented by its ChEMBLID. If you don't have the ChEMBLID for the compound(s), ChEMBL structure search component can be used to fetch these values.

Each distinct biological activity for a compound is retrieved as a row in the output table.

Component's icon was taken from Google's Material Design Icon set (Apache License 2.0).

Input ports

1. Type: Table
   Table with ChEMBLIDs
   A table containing the ChEMBLID values of the compounds the user wishes to search for.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Activities
   If found, the table will contain details about the biological activities reported for a given compound. The table will also output the ID numbers for assay, biological target, and document (the original publication where the activity was reported) so you can do further searches to retrieve details about them.
2. Type: Table
   Total activity count
   This table outputs the total number of activities found for each compound represented by its ChEMBLID number. This number may be higher than the maximum limit defined in the component configuration, so this may help the user to adjust the number of maximum results to output.
