DefineObjective

This node is interactive wrapper for the **UpdateObjective** node. It allows selection of reactions that will be included in the objective function for FBA calculations and provide their objective coefficients via **Table Editor**.
Only reactions explicitly selected in the **Table Editor** with non-zero coefficients will be taken into accound

Reactions are connected to table rows by column selected as **Reaction ID** in the configuration dialog. In the case when the value in the **Reaction ID** column do not match any reaction in the model, that row will be omitted and no error or exception will be raised. If no reactions matches the table model would be returned unchanged.
