From Excel to KNIME table Unpivoting

This workflow demonstrates how to convert specific Excel table format to desired one using KNIME Unpivoting node. To get proper format first two rows are combined to have complete information in column header which will become row value after Unpivoting is done. Cell Splitter is followed to have information into separate columns.
