XLSX File formatting (Base64)

Takes a filesystem and a column of paths to xlsx files, then converts the files to base64 for in-memory processing.
Various operations can be ran using openpyxl.
Files are converted back to binary objects and written to a temp dir.
The temp dir files are then moved where needed.

Input ports

1. Type: File System
   FileSystem
   SharePoint, Local, etc.
2. Type: Table
   Table with Paths to XLSX files

Output ports

1. Type: File System
   Port 1
