Plain text output

Converts a table into plain text/Markdown/DBearver's plain text view style. The "one cell output" is based on icfo's work in their "Table to Cell (AsciiDoc)" component.

The padding options of this component are very inneficient at obtaining the padding numbers for each column. It´s recommended to be used in small tables for processes aimed to simply show few data, no more than the amount of information the user who receives the output can appreciate or tolerate.
