Data Exporter

A node that allows to export the data from OCHEM.

You can create datasets and export them online using web interface. Usually, this is the most convenient option.

This KNIME node might be helpful if you need to export the data in automated fashion.
Please note, that some sensitive information (e.g., molecular structures) might be partially restricted for export.

Input ports

1. Type: Flow Variable
   Session GUID
   Input flow variable port for optional login information from Login node. (optional)

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   ExportedData
   The exported data (record IDs, molecule IDs, measured values, etc.)
