ChEMBL get Document by ID

This component retrieves information about a document (Publication, Book, Patent, Dataset) in the ChEMBL using its identifier number (ChEMBLID) as query.

Retrieves back the "Document Source", which can be:

• Authors, Journal Title, Year, Volume, Pages for Publications

• Patent Number and Year for Patents

• Title and Year for Datasets

Also retrieves the DOI and PubMED ID number (relevant for Publications)

Input ports

1. Type: Table
   Table with Document ChEMBL IDs
   The table containing a column with the ChEMBL IDs to be searched for.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Documents
   Table with the document sources and reference numbers for the documents found in the ChEMBL database.
