Chapter 2 / Exercise 1

This exercise is about writing data into a database and while doing so it prepares the data for the next exercises.

Reads cars-85.csv file and
- writes the first 20 rows into a database
- writes it all into a database

As a database use SQLite database in KBCBook.sqlite file
