SPARQL Endpoint

This node establishes a connection to a SPARQL endpoint, which can reached with or without authentication, e.g. DBpedia . You can also find SPARQL endpoint repositories in the Internet such as the W3C SparqlEndpoints page or the availability monitoring page from the Vienna University .

Please notice that a couple of SPARQL endpoints do not accept deleting, updating or inserting queries; therefore Semantic Web nodes offering those functionalities won't necessarily work.

Functionality is provided using the Apache Jena Framework
