Convert Human Genome Assembly

This component converts the coordinates between different assembly versions of the human genome. This is done using an endpoint from Ensembl's REST API (http://rest.ensembl.org/documentation/info/assembly_map).

Input ports

1. Type: Table
   Input table with the coordinates to be mapped from one assembly to another.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Output table with the mapped coordinates.
