SAP Purchasing - Extract Purchasing Document Data (Table Extract)

he workflow can be used to extract Request for Purchasing Document data from SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

This workflow uses the DVW KCS SAP Executor to extract data from the following Purchasing Document tables: EKKO (Purchasing Document Header) and EKPO (Purchasing Document Item).
Table EKKO holds the Header data for Purchasing transactions (including Purchase Order, Contract, Scheduling Agreement & Request for Quotation) in SAP while table EKPO holds the Item data for Purchasing transactions. By combining data from the two tables we can effectively recreate SAP Purchasing documents within Alteryx.
