Readme for the /forum/ subfolder of my repository

The /forum/ subfolder of my KNIME hub repository contains workflows that are more specific to a specific question and might not provide a general insight into KNIME (as do the kn_example_ ... workflows - hopefully). But they might still be worth exploring...
