FeatureTextReader

This node can be used to read the output of the TextExporter tool into a KNIME table. The TextExporter, when applied to a featureXML file, writes out information on the contained feature elements. Namely the feature location (mz and rt), intensity, and charge. All these information will be parsed into a KNIME table.

Input ports

1. Type: URI Object
   Feature File
   Incoming text file created with the TextExporter node.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Feature Table
   Table containing the information on the features.
