XLS Format Create Cell Merge tags

Takes the output from XLS Format Cell Merge Auto Tag Generator component and applies the XLS Cell Merger and XLS Cell Formatter to each tag, returning an XLS Format model that can be used with the Continental Nodes.

Input ports

1. Type: Table
   Control Table
   XLS Control Table
2. Type: Table
   Merge Tag list
   A list of names of the "merge tags" contained with the XLS Control Table

Output ports

1. Type: XLS Formatter
   XLS Format Model
   An XLS format model generated for the merge tags. This can be merged with another model if required.
