DB Union ALL

This nodes performs a UNION ALL but allows for different columns to be inputed. Input columns with the same name should be of the same column types, however, if different the operations will be attempted using the Top Db data as the column type. Table output will reflect Top Db data and non matching bottom Db columns will be moved to end
