SAS Date to KNIME Conversion

This Component converts SAS dates to KNIME dates. SAS dates in KNIME are read as doubles and represent number of days since SAS start date which is 01.01.1960. Manipulation works in a way that those double columns are converted to duration and then SAS start date is shifted inside loop for each "date" column.
