This component connects to a ChEMBL database instance and retrieves information about the activity types available for a specific target_chembl_id–mutation pair provided as input. The desired activity type can then be selected by connecting this component to the ChEMBL Activity Type Selection component.
Please note that only the following activity types are extracted: IC50, EC50, Ki, Kd, AC50, Emax, XC50, Inhibition, INHIBITION, K_on, K_off, GI50, GI, CC50, TGI, LC50, ED50, MIC, and MCC.
For this component to function properly, the ChEMBL DB Connection variables must be defined at the workflow level. These variables can be set using the ChEMBL DB Connection component.
