02 Data Quality Assessment

This workflow service is meant to be called by an external workflow.
It carries out the Data Quality assessment on the data stored in the database.
The caller workflow specifyes:
- the date up to which data must be considered
- the column to test
- the interval (in months) to calculate the control measure.

If the control measure exceeds the boundaries, a retraining flag is produced and new boundaries are calculated.
