PDB UniProt Accession to Structure

This component utilizes the web service hosted by PDBe to retrieve PDB structure information based on UniProt accession codes provided as input. The first output port provides one row for each available PDB structure. The second output port delivers a summary of all the PDB structures associated with a specific target (identified by the UniProt accession). The third output port lists the input targets for which no PDB structures are available.
