Challenge 14 Removing Noise from Data (Lagging)

Using lagging to find when values in rows change, then filtering out the first group and/or last group if they contain zeros.

This solution seemed inefficient since the intermediate groups were not used, so decided to redraft for a solution which used the fact that we were only interested in the first and last rows.
