Delete atoms from a structure file, based on a Maestro ASL expression.

1. Type: Table
   Molecules in Maestro, Sd, Mol2, Pdb or Smiles format
   Molecules without deleted atoms in Maestro, Sd, Mol2, Pdb or Smiles format
