Input ports

1. Type: URI Object
   in-reference [fasta,fa]
   Path to the reference file. [fasta,fa]
2. Type: URI Object
   in-mapping [sam,bam]
   Path to the mapping file to analyze. [sam,bam]

Output ports

1. Type: URI Object
   out-path [coverage.tsv]
   Path to the resulting file. If omitted, result is printed to stdout. [coverage.tsv]
