GASiCListReader

Reads a list of GASiC mappings into a corresponding table.

   GASiC mapping files
   A list of GASIC mapping files.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Raw Similarity Table
   Table containing the information which read, sampled from which genome maps to which genome.
