Create Partition Column

Divides the rows of a table up into "partitions" with a partition identifier for each. The generated id is stored as a string column, although the value is a sequential number. This allows it to be used with the "Regex Multi Row Splitter" component (on takbb hub space) where the partitions can be divided up into different output tables.
