Lookup Appender (Multi Column)

Uses a lookup table with multiple columns, appending all of the selected columns to the end of the source data based on a lookup code

Select the "code" in the source table, and the lookup code in the lookup table, and specify the set of "output columns" to be appended to the data from the lookup table

   Lookup table containing at least one "code" column, and one or more utput values to be returned for each code

   Output
   The original input data table plus appended looked-up values
