Record Component Time

Write current execution timestamp against a Component Name or other label as specified in the configuration.

Indicate whether this is a start or end time recording for the specific label.

The details are written to the in-memory H2 database under the table name COMPONENT_TIMESTAMP which can be queried on the output data port
