Check Oracle Information (Version, Character Encoding, etc)

This workflow executes the "SELECT * FROM v$version" query which returns the version of the connected Oracle database.
In addition it queries the ALL_TAB_COLUMNS table to get details of the specified table and the NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS table to get the database character set.
