URL Decode

This node decodes URL-encoded strings, e.g. those in which characters other than a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and '.', '-', '*', and '_' have been encoded by two digit hexadecimal representations, e.g. ')' becomes '%29'. '+' is decoded to a space character.
