URL Encode

This node URL-encodes strings, e.g. those characters other than a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and '.', '-', '*', and '_' have are encoded by two digit hexadecimal representations, e.g. ')' becomes '%29'. Space characters are encoded as '+'.
