Date to Fiscal Year - Challenge5

In the accounting firm you work for, you are given contracts which were executed on different dates. Your goal is to create a method that can label each of these contracts with their corresponding fiscal year.
This workflow will create the fiscal year label for each contract, in the form FYyyyy (yyyy stands for relevant fiscal year).
