ChEMBL Activity Type Retrieval

This component connects to an instance of the ChEMBL database and retrieves information about the activity types available for a specific target chembl_id-mutation pair. These fields can be extracted using the ChEMBL Target Selection component.

For this component to function properly, the ChEMBL DB Connection variables must be defined at the workflow level. These variables can be set using the ChEMBL DB Connection component.
