ChEMBL UniProt Accession to Target Info

This component extracts basic target information from ChEMBL using UniProt Accession codes. It can retrieve various types of protein targets, with the default setting focusing on individual proteins. Please note that if a target type is associated with multiple UniProt Accession codes (e.g. those involving multiple proteins in a complex) only the UniProt Accession code specified in the input query will be included in the output.

For this component to function, the ChEMBL DB Connection variables must be defined at the workflow level. These variables can be established using the ChEMBL DB Connection component.
