Data Wrangling _ Handling Pipes with regexMatcher

DESCRIPTION:
The challenge is to to Split data based on specific provided string values. We found the following hurdles on handling the data:

* Set a column with ROWINDEX values.
* Deal with Pipe symbol escapes to use a regexMatcher approach aiming to identify 'inicio', 'meio' and 'fim' Row Indexes.
* Transfer identified Row Indexes to variables aiming to Split the data accordingly with the challenge: meio <= Split INCLUDE <= fim
