Generic Loop Progress

If connected to a Loop Start node this node will display the progess of the loop.
This component wil work for multiple loops:

=> Table Row to Variable Loop
=> Counting Loop
=> Chunk Loop
With the message: rows processed:  <#>%

=> Group Loop
With the message:
# groups processed:  <#>
current group <name>

=> Column List Loop
# columns processed <#>:
current column: <column name>

The other Loops will show a message: No progress to display
