Workflow Description:
CLV is a measurement of how valuable a customer is to your company, not just on a purchase-by-purchase basis but across the whole relationship. With DVW KNIME Connector for SAP and KNIME, this workflow shows how a sales/account manager can easily extract the total revenue of a set of customers from ECC and calculate their CLVs and segment customers into different bands by value and lifetime (e.g. 30+years and 1m+ as platinum).
