Global Thresholder (multi) example

Example workflow demonstrating the Global Thresholder (multi) component node.
The node allows thresholding a column of images with multiple algorithms, for side-by-side comparison and easy selection of the best algorithm.

Each selected algorithm yields an additional column of binary images, in addition to the original image column. With RGB/multi-channels images, each channel is thresholded separately, i.e the threshold images are also a multi-channels images.

The example workflow loads example images available via ImageJ, "blobs" a grayscale image and leaf a RGB image (public domain).
