GNN for Classification

This workflow includes node and edge data preprocessing, model training, validation, and result analysis using our custom-built nodes. The workflow allows customization of GNN parameters and provides a visual representation for easy modification. Users can connect the nodes in a sequential manner to build a complete GNN workflow in KNIME.
