Generating A to ZZ using R

This is workflow designed to generate single-letter and two-letter combinations from A to ZZ using R programming language

There are two R codes which can be used to generate the sequences. One uses th reshape2 library and the other uses base R. RowID node helps to assign a numerical value to the letter combinations.

A manually created table is shown for comparison. This can be useful when translating microplate row letters to row numbers. This method supports plate format up to 1536 well-plate.

This workflow has been updated to include components which can be used to display row letters and their corresponding numerical value.
