Write To RAM (Word)

Writes a byte value to a given address in RAM in the state table.

Input ports

   State
   Incoming state table.
2. Type: Table
   Address
   Address of the byte value to write.
3. Type: Table
   Value
   Byte value to write.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Old
   Old byte value that was at the address.
2. Type: Table
   State
   Updated state table.
