Write Register (Word)

Writes a word value to a designated register in the state table.

Input ports

   State
   Incoming state table.
2. Type: Table
   Register
   Register to write word value to.
3. Type: Table
   Value
   Word value to write.

Output ports

1. Type: Table
   Old
   Old word value that was in the register.
2. Type: Table
   State
   Updated state table.
