The Support Tickets Tool has access to all support tickets associated with a specific company domain. It analyzes past tickets to provide relevant, context-aware responses based on historical interactions, ensuring more accurate and efficient assistance. The input schema must always include the company domain and the user query. The company domain can be retrieved using the Company Information Tool or provided directly by the user. The user query must be filled based on the user’s question. If the company domain is unknown, the Company Information Tool should be used to obtain it before proceeding.
